Meeting of America's Richest About 'Need,' Attendee Says

Under a cloak of secrecy, some of the world's wealthiest people gathered in an unprecedented meeting early this month in New York City "to see how they can join together to do more," according to one attendee.

Invited by the world's two richest men Bill Gates and Warren Buffett, along with David Rockefeller, a Who's Who of American wealth and influence gathered around a long table in a window-lined private room overlooking the East River on May 5.

"The overwhelming reason for the meeting was need -- that was the issue that galvanized everyone to participate," Patricia Stonesifer, senior advisor to the Gates foundation's trustees, Bill and Melinda Gates and Warren Buffett, told ABCNews.com. "This was a group very committed to philanthropy coming together to see how they can join together to do more."

Gates and Buffett were joined by billionaire moguls Oprah Winfrey, Ted Turner and New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg along with heavyweight philanthropists George Soros and others.

Together the attendees have donated more than $70 billion to charity since 1996, according to the Chronicle of Philanthropy.

A clandestine meeting of the country's rich and powerful, left off their public calendars and hidden from the press, is enough to spark the imaginations of conspiracy theorists everywhere, but attendees told ABC News.com the meeting was "100 percent about philanthropy" and it was not meant to be a secret.

"It was meant to be a private exchange but it wasn't a secret really, just a private meeting," Stonesifer said.

First reported by IrishCentral.com, ABCNews.com confirmed each of the attendees' presence at the meeting held at the residence of the Rockefeller University president on the campus of the Manhattan medical school.

It lasted about five hours, beginning in mid-afternoon and continuing through dinner, Stonesifer said.

"This particular group had never come together as a group before but many of the attendees had met in the past either individually or in smaller groups -- but never all at once," she said. "This was a great discussion and they agreed to continue the dialogue and meet again in the future. There were a lot of good ideas."

She said that the discussion "ranged from emergency relief efforts to scholarship efforts, to U.S. education efforts to global health."

Another attendee who asked to remain anonymous described the meeting as "a private gathering of friends and colleagues to share their history and excitement about their philanthropy. [It was] a group together discussing a range of things they are working on."

When again asked about the meeting following ABC News.com's initial report Mayor Bloomberg said he sometimes holds private meetings that are "not going to be on the public schedulues. There are meetings all over this city and there are some very powerful people in this city."

Bloomberg who would not directly comment on the meeting or its outcome said: "You know I am very interested in private philanthropy, I think it has a unique place in our society in that with private dollars you can try new things, things that you can't do with public dollars."

There remain as many questions about the meeting's details as there are about the logistics behind its organization. How did some of the world's most public figures coordinate their schedules, travel, and security with no one in media knowing about it?

Perguntado "porque voce fez doações de milhões de dolares na europa oriental? Voce tem alguma culpa na consciencia? Acredita estar retribuindo alguma coisa?" (ver pagina 117 do livro), ele responde: "De maneira nenhuma. Faço isto porque estou comprometido com os princípios da sociedade aberta e tenho recursos para isso. É uma combinação única" (grifo meu).

Solar geoengineering is the deliberate reduction in the absorption of incoming solar radiation

by the Earth’s climate system with the aim of reducing impacts of anthropogenic climate

change. Climate model simulations project a diversity of regional outcomes that vary with the

amount of solar geoengineering deployed. It is unlikely that a single small actor could

implement and sustain global-scale geoengineering that harms much of the world without

intervention from harmed world powers. However, a sufficiently powerful international

coalition might be able to deploy solar geoengineering. Here, we show that regional

differences in climate outcomes create strategic incentives to form coalitions that are as small

as possible, while still powerful enough to deploy solar geoengineering. The characteristics of

coalitions to geoengineer climate are modeled using a ‘global thermostat setting game’ based

on climate model results. Coalition members have incentives to exclude non-members that

would prevent implementation of solar geoengineering at a level that is optimal for the

existing coalition. These incentives differ markedly from those that dominate international

politics of greenhouse-gas emissions reduction, where the central challenge is to compel free

riders to participate.

a partir da idéia de que há um aquecimento global (o que é atualmente contestado por vários cientistas, inclusive pelo dr. Lovelock que foi um dos pilares dessa tese) e de um suposto efeito estufa (que não poderia ocorrer conforme demonstrado pelo dr. Molion) cria-se a justificativa para pulverizar a estratosfera com nano particulas de aluminio, bario, estroncio e outros elementos, cada qual com uma função específica Para o caso do aluminio, as particulas em suspensão poderiam refletir os raios solares incidentes não permitindo que eles penetrem na Terra. O bario está relacionado com aumentar a densidade da ionosfera e tem mais a ver com os projetos do HAARP.

O que surpreende é que essa questão que já é antiga, ainda está menosprezada pela comunidade científica... o que se ve é um alinhamento total às pesquisas de emissão de carbono... talvez porque justamente nesta direção é que estejam os financiamentos.

 

Já em 1966 os EUA estavam preocupados com a questão (ou talvez muito antes). O documento 'A Recommended National Program In Weather Modification, (ICAS Report No. 10a November 1966) , apontava para:

Russia is pushing for next week's landmark UN climate science report to include support for controversial technologies to geoengineer the planet's climate, according to documents obtained by the Guardian.

As climate scientists prepare to gather for the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) in Stockholm to present the most authoritative state of climate science to date, it has emerged the Russian government is asking for "planet hacking" to be included in the report. Weakened tropical circulation and reduced precipitation in response to geoengineering

 

Abstract

 

Geoengineering by injection of reflective aerosols into the stratosphere has been proposed as a way to counteract the warming effect of greenhouse gases by reducing the intensity of solar radiation reaching the surface. Here, climate model simulations are used to examine the effect of geoengineering on the tropical overturning circulation. The strength of the circulation is related to the atmospheric static stability and has implications for tropical rainfall. The tropical circulation is projected to weaken under anthropogenic global warming. Geoengineering with stratospheric sulfate aerosol does not mitigate this weakening of the circulation. This response is due to a fast adjustment of the troposphere to radiative heating from the aerosol layer. This effect is not captured when geoengineering is modelled as a reduction in total solar irradiance, suggesting caution is required when interpreting model results from solar dimming experiments as analogues for stratospheric aerosol geoengineering.

- Captura no ar ambiente: Construção de máquinas que podem remover o CO2 diretamente do ar ambiente e armazená-lo em outro lugar.

- Fertilização oceânica: Acrescentar nutrientes ao oceano em lugares selecionados para aumentar a produção de fitoplânctons, que absorvem CO2 da atmosfera.

- Meteorização melhorada: Expor grandes quantidades de minerais que reagem com o CO2 na atmosfera e armazenar os compostos resultantes nos oceanos ou no solo.

- Aumento da alcalinidade do oceano: Moer, dispersar e dissolver tipos de rochas como calcário, silicato ou hidróxido de cálcio no oceano para aumentar sua habilidade para armazenar carbono e combater a acidificação oceânica, um dos efeitos das mudanças climáticas.

A tecnologia mais estudada até agora tem sido a fertilização oceânica, que envolve o uso de ferro para estimular o crescimento dos fitoplânctons no oceano, aumentando a absorção de CO2.

Um estudo, por exemplo, mostrou que cerca de metade do fitoplâncton resultante da adição de ferro afundava até o fundo do oceano, isolando o carbono por um período que pode chegar a vários séculos.

O assunto é tão vasto que é difícil coloca-lo de uma forma consistente... envolve todos os aspectos do planeta: saude, psicologia, alimentação, clima, comunicação, controle populacional, guerras, etc, etc, etc. Para complicar ainda mais, vai exigir que cada um de nós comece a compreender o que significa a geoengenharia, seja do ponto de vista do suposto aquecimento global, seja do ponto de vista militar. Isto vai envolver, pelo menos, alguma compreensão sobre os chemtrails, projeto HAARP (e seu filhote SBX-1) e ressonancia de Schumann, num primeiro momento. Vou tentar detalhar ainda um pouco mais, cada um desses aspectos em paginas especificas deste blog... boa leitura.
